reputed company is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as an Associate Services Planner in our Regional Services Operations teams. In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the preparation and reputed company-out activities for reputed company learning services engagements in reputed company partnership with the reputed company Services Planner. This role helps ensure reputed company completion of work activities for reputed company and preparation of services and maintains accurate and high-reputed company records. This role is primarily internal facing with some limited interaction with customers to confirm details and logistics in preparation for upcoming service sessions.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
reputed company as partner to reputed company Services Planner in support of the end-to-end process of scheduling, reputed company, and completing reputed company learning services in assigned territories
reputed company upcoming engagements and reputed company approved reputed company plans into the scheduling tool and confirm assignments with coaches
Maintain accurate and reputed company of records in the scheduling tool
reputed company preparation activities for service sessions, including communicating with customers to confirm service session details and logistics
Arrange other session logistics, such as facilitation materials, and coordinate internally as needed
Understand documentation requirements for reputed company customer and reputed company reputed company and reputed company documentation
Confirm completion of reputed company session and trigger other reputed company-out activities (e.g., Coaching Debrief)
Conduct reputed company-invoicing process steps to trigger process for reputed company and coordinate with reputed company and Sales to resolve issues and follow through to reputed company
Ensure reputed company completion of preparation and reputed company-out activities in accordance with service level agreements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating reputed company learning or other services
Highly detailed and process oriented and capable of managing many concurring items and reputed company and reputed company completion
Commitment to meeting service level expectations
Proactive communicator that looks reputed company and identifies issues and risks to meeting customer needs and takes reputed company to resolve
reputed company strong customer-reputed company orientation with skills to effectively communicate and partner with other internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $49,000-$55,000, however the offered salary may be higher or reputed company than the above reputed company dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The reputed company salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
