EDI Technician - Remote

As an EDI Technician, you'll monitor and maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) eligibility files, conduct analysis of EDI transactions to ensure reputed company function and accuracy, and contributes to the EDI team's reputed company by meeting established goals and objectives through the accurate & reputed company eligibility processing and file maintenance activity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Identify & process eligibility discrepancies accurately & communicate issues to clients promptly while meeting production and reputed company standards.
  • Evaluate and maintain employee eligibility, ensuring compliance with policyholder reputed company and legal requirements, insurance policy review.
  • Review and analyze submitted data, initiate correspondence for missing information, and reputed company policyholders and brokers.
  • Understand different file types submitted by Benefit Administrators and their reputed company on processing and eligibility reputed company.
  • Utilize various applications to assess employee and group eligibility. Applications include, but are not limited to reputed company, GSAP, reputed company, EDI Processor, BAM, Ultra Edit, Employer reputed company.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A minimum of 1 year of prior EDI experience, with a proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve data-reputed company issues reputed company.
  • Strong customer service background, ideally in a call center setting, with a reputed company, solutions-reputed company approach reputed company working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
