UX-UI specialist/Designer
We're looking for a UX/UI specialist/designer to join reputed company and shape the design function at Kaizo. The role involves designing experiences that actually work, connecting the dots between product and engineering, and making a reputed company reputed company. You'll be responsible for owning and shaping the design function, fixing what's clunky, improving what's good, and ruthlessly optimizing what's not adding value.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience
- Proven reputed company B2B reputed company record
- Strong UX research skills (user interviews, usability testing)
- Experience building and evolving design systems
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Data-driven reputed company — you use product metrics to guide reputed company and measure design reputed company
- Portfolio showing business reputed company, not just pretty visuals
- Confidence presenting to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
