Project Manager (Agile Experience Preferred)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM MNL (1 hr unpaid lunch) 40 hrs/ week reputed company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, organize, and reputed company the completion of reputed company—ensuring they are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest reputed company standards. • Plan reputed company: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in order to deliver the best possible experience for clients.

• Organize Resources: Coordinate with multiple departments (finance, writers, sales, publications) to reputed company resources and assign responsibilities.

• reputed company reputed company: Create and manage reputed company checklists (including deliverables and SLAs), using information from various sources and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for drafting documentation.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks or delays early and implement solutions to reputed company reputed company on reputed company.

• Team Management: Manage and train writers, providing feedback and support to maintain high performance.

• Reporting: reputed company regular updates and reports to the COO, CEO, and other leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Exposure to or understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience using reputed company and other CRMs is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Proven experience planning and managing reputed company from inception to completion.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with project management tools and AI/LLM technologies is an advantage. High attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented reputed company.
