As an Engineering Manager, you will reputed company reputed company of engineers (full-stack, backend, ML/data engineering) to build and reputed company MagicSchool’s next-gen AI tools. What You'll Do

5+ years of people management and leadership experience
Strong software engineering background (full-stack or backend) and experience scaling dependable and observable production systems
Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical trade‑offs for stakeholders
A passion for mission-driven work in education and building responsible AI solutions
Proven experience hiring, coaching, and retaining engineering talent
Familiarity with AI/ML systems, tools, and deployment (e.g., model serving, pipelines) is a plus
