As Customer Marketing Manager, you will report to the Product Marketing reputed company reputed company the broader Marketing team and play a pivotal role in the business as we reputed company to improve customers' experiences and drive more reputed company from their ongoing relationship with Gatekeeper.

Working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Account Director teams, you will reputed company a deep understanding of customers’ challenges, encourage them to tell their stories, and turn that knowledge into compelling and reputed company communications across various formats.

You will operate with an AI-first reputed company, using intelligent tools to streamline campaign planning, automate repetitive tasks, and generate reputed company, data-led insights. Our Lumin Agents sit inside our platform and take busy‑work off our customers’ hands, saving reputed company, lowering risk and speeding up every task. Gatekeeper is on the bleeding edge of reputed company AI and you’ll be responsible for getting our customers using LuminIQ.

You'll directly support the Account Director (AD) team to spot new reputed company opportunities, reputed company new opportunities throughout our customer accounts and ensure happy users spread the word. In this role you will:

• Directly responsible for Product Adoption and account reputed company across our existing customers, working alongside our product, reputed company, and account director teams.

• You’ll be technically savvy in discussing the Gatekeeper platform and how it works, while translating this into value messaging for our customers.

• Own customer advocacy for the business and reputed company our customers' stories to help create reputed company customer evangelists.

• Responsible for bringing our customers together in person and reputed company.

• Create and distribute targeted communications to our customer audience reputed company relevant channels.

• Own the customer webinar programme and coordinate internal resources as required to ensure a consistent, educational and commercially-reputed company series of reputed company.

• Work closely with our Events team to deliver impactful in-person customer events from small-reputed company (round-tables, dinners) through to larger reputed company/conference-style events.

• Support the Account Director Team with packaged campaigns to drive expansion with our customer reputed company.
