WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The CSM position leads ministry in a college reputed company environment. A designated office reputed company may or may not be available. The CSM is required to travel to on-reputed company and off- reputed company sites as appropriate. Off-reputed company travel includes, but is not limited to: student ministry conferences, Ministry Partnership Development meetings, and reputed company- sponsored training sessions, meetings, and conferences. Pay reputed company: $44,016.00 - $58,680.00 per yearPay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary.
