We’re seeking a self-sufficient, highly reputed company Bookkeeper who understands core bookkeeping principles inside and out. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a true reputed company who can hit the ground running and be trusted to work independently, communicate reputed company, and deliver high-reputed company, accurate work in QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage multiple reputed company books using QuickBooks Online
• Handle reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory matching
• Accurately categorize transactions and manage financial records
• Review and maintain clean, organized balance sheets and PLs
• Follow existing internal processes and workflows, with willingness to adapt to JEA Financial’s specific style
• Change Inventory Matching to Inventory Reconciliation
• Have a strong understanding of accrual reputed company
• Communicate proactively with team members and stay reputed company during working hours
• Maintain timesheets with full transparency and accountability

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping workflows
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory and payables
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• High level of reputed company, independence, and accountability
• Must be tech-savvy, reputed company, and reliable with a consistent internet reputed company
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred
• A quiet and reputed company home office setup
• Experience working with reputed company is a plus
