Support Engineer
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to tackle reputed company, high-level technical issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure a reliable user experience and support the reputed company improvement of an AI-driven platform used by small businesses. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving and making an reputed company.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported bugs.
- Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and document issues.
- Contribute to system reliability and help reduce regressions.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or a customer-facing engineering role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for web applications, including reputed company, OAuth, SAML/SSO, and browser-reputed company issues.
- Ability to read and debug reputed company, preferably in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and reputed company on Rails.
