About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Manager, Talent Advisory Transformation to reputed company a high-reputed company transformation: evolving our reputed company team to become reputed company Advisors. In this role, you will:

• Own the Talent Advisor transformation roadmap, with reputed company milestones, deliverables, and reputed company measures.
• Design and launch reputed company programs to upskill recruiters in strategic advising, data storytelling, business acumen, and talent planning.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 3+ years of people management experience

We do this through our reputed company salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.
