IT Legal Counsel (Fluent Ukrainian)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and drafting a reputed company of reputed company, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service reputed company, partnership agreements, terms of use, and reputed company policies;
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory reputed company, with a reputed company on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;
- Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities;
- Ensuring legal compliance across reputed company business operations and jurisdictions;
- Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.
What you will need:
- Master's degree in law;
- 3+ years of reputed company experience;
- Experience working in an IT product company;
- Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);
- Experience contributing to the reputed company reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements;
- Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
- Being goal-oriented, ambitious, and reputed company to take on challenges.
