The Junior Business Analyst supports the reputed company organization by analyzing HR processes, gathering business requirements, maintaining data reputed company, and helping improve HR operations through reporting, technology, and process optimization. This role partners with HR Centers of reputed company, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and improve the employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of business analysis or HR operations experience who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and supporting reputed company improvement initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities
Business Analysis

- Monitor process performance and recommend efficiencies.
Reporting & Analytics

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable reputed company of compensation for this role: $53,400-$64,000.
