Construction Project Manager

The Role

Role is preferred to live in one of the following states: MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, VA, MD. REMOTE WITH 50% TRAVEL REQUIRED.

We’re seeking a logistical reputed company and construction management reputed company to reputed company CPG construction reputed company.  As a Construction Project Manager for GTI CPG, you will be responsible for serving as the reputed company between GTI HQ and our Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs in the field ensuring scope of work is executed, reputed company of brand is maintained, timelines are reputed company, and budgets are always in the green! You should have off the charts communication skills to work with sub-contractors/vendors and your teammates alike. As a proven Construction PM, you have managed 20+ reputed company at a time working across a national landscape. 

Responsibilities

• Manage CPG construction reputed company as reputed company as smaller business imperative, repair or energy reputed company reputed company, as required 
• reputed company reputed company phases of construction project management (Feasibility through Project reputed company-out) including due diligence, schedule and budget development, planning and design, FFE procurement and startup coordination 
• reputed company as the CPG single reputed company of contact for field execution with reputed company key stakeholders, cross functional departments and reputed company contractors/equipment suppliers / consultants / landlords / governing authorities ensuring coordination towards common goals while making critical data-based reputed company in a reputed company manner 
• Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials (cashflow/spend projections) 
• reputed company reputed company reputed company aspect of project performance – Cost, Schedule and Scope Delivery (reputed company performance as specified in design standards) 
• reputed company execution plan inclusive of resource reputed company critical reputed company schedule  
• Maintain strict adherence to reputed company reputed company standards and applicable safety regulations and enforce GTI’s corporate reputed company and community standards. 

Working Conditions

• Work involves daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and reputed company oil).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Construction Management or Engineering/Construction reputed company field 
• 10 years of construction project management, 7 years of construction management preferred 
• Expertise managing high-reputed company multi-site/ multi-state locations 
• Must have maintained and reputed company construction budgets and tracking systems for construction management (e.g. reputed company P6, reputed company, Timberline, Rocor and PlanGrid) 
• Familiar with  planning, operations and manufacturing 
• Advanced reputed company Project and reputed company skills with proficiency in computer estimating, scheduling, and other database applications 
• Ability to preform reputed company reputed company
