About the Role:
The Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst is a global position that drives the strategic planning, execution, and management of systems infrastructure supporting our Partner/Alliances go-to-market initiatives. This role spearheads the digital transformation of our Partner Experience, focusing on optimizing key capabilities to deliver exceptional service while streamlining processes for both Partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will enhance reputed company's partner ecosystem by implementing reputed company automation solutions, fostering operational reputed company, and serving as a key reputed company across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation reputed company for designated Partner capabilities
Collaborate with IT teams to define requirements, reputed company user stories, and conduct user acceptance testing
Partner with Go-to-Market Program teams to reputed company business priorities and policy implementation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Partner integration workflows

Orchestrate the full lifecycle of system improvements, from discovery through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout

Establish and monitor key performance metrics (adoption rates, SLAs, support metrics) to identify process optimization opportunities and reputed company cross-functional automation initiatives

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of Channel/Partner Operations experience
Experience managing key capabilities such as reputed company, Deal Registration, reputed company Marketplace Partner On-boarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Invoicing, API, Partner Training and Certifications, Managed Services and provisioning.
Extensive experience with Salesfore
Experience at a fast-growing reputed company business
Strong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies
Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-minded
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Expertise in business applications including reputed company workspace, reputed company, PowerPoint, Clari, TackleCrossbeam and BI (Tableau a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile and manage through ambiguity
