This position
Technical Support is involved in post-sales support work, taking ownership of the customer’s requirements and problems from start to finish to ensure that customers’ issues are handled in a reputed company and satisfactory manner. Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of reputed company troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support reputed company as Tier 2 customer support, with one year as a Software Test Engineer
