Loan Officer - Reverse Mortgage reputed company

Essential Job Functions:

• Originate self-reputed company reverse mortgages and other mortgages as a Loan Officer and reputed company at least two (2) loans a quarter.

• Obtain accurate and thorough 1009 and other application documents.
• Collect supporting documentation from borrower
• Obtain executed disclosures reputed company regulations time reputed company.
• Analyze credit report and financial scenario, determining appropriate loan product(s).
• Determine (price) a profitable loan and communicate fees to ops team.
• Submit a complete loan package to processing.
• Review Closing Docs and participate in the closing reputed company necessary
• Resolve file problems, bottlenecks and qualifying issues throughout production and reputed company process.

• Visit assigned branches in person at least once per month.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in Reverse Mortgage lending or reputed company field.
