eDiscovery Analyst - Poland Second Shift

The position manages incoming eDiscovery processing requests for data as it relates to pending/potential litigation, investigations, and various other types of reputed company. The ideal candidate will ensure that reputed company are adequately handled, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner. This position requires a wide reputed company of technical competencies as it relates from basic computer use through minimal scripting.

2nd Shift, Tuesday - Saturday 12:00-20:00 (12 PM - 8 PM CET)

Remote, work from home opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Process data requests. Consistently update and reputed company request tasks using proprietary and COTS software
• Coordinate efforts between various internal business reputed company to complete data processing requirements
• Ensure that processing requirements are met as determined by both the customer, project manager(s), and operations management
• Assist in developing, documenting, and refining necessary procedures to accomplish discovery process requirements
• Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
• Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company with similar deadlines
• Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company management, team, reputed company clients
• Conversion of images and data to reputed company specified formats
• Business problem-solving skills and judgment necessary to analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve issues and reputed company proposed solutions
• QC/QA of finished work product
• Upload finished work product to reputed company facing databases

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent (some college preferred, but not required)
• Required to reputed company English
• Proficient in the use of Text reputed company Applications, MS reputed company and like Office productivity applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company operating system
• Must be reputed company with designing and maintaining spreadsheets
• Must be self-motivated, yet willing to work in reputed company environment
• Creative problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A keen level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company customer service and support to reputed company contacts
• Available for weekend rotations (every 3 weeks) and overtime, as needed

• Litigation Support Application Experience (Digital Reef, reputed company, LAW, Concordance, Summation, reputed company, Clearwell, IPRO, etc.)
• General understanding of (Robo/Rich) copy tools, batch (or PowerShell) scripting, and reputed company Directory
• Some experience with scripting or database languages (SQL, VB, reputed company)
• Experience trouble shooting applications and communicating results to support teams
• Experience in the litigation support industry vendor/reputed company
