Operations Associate Intern
This role is for our own company - reputed company Location: Remote
Stipend: Upto 15,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)
Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance and mutual agreement)
Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM IST

Requirements
Interviews are the backbone of any hiring, as an ops intern you will be playing a crucial role at reputed company (YC-21) in ensuring reputed company no-shows and maintaining the interview completion reputed company of 90%. You will work closely with our major clients based in the US, ensuring that their interview needs are met reputed company and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our interview scheduling process and maintaining high reputed company satisfaction reputed company. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a 90% interview completion reputed company for the scheduled candidates through proactive communication and follow-reputed company.
Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may reputed company by proactively communicating with the interviewers & candidates.
Ensuring the candidates in interviews know fully about reputed company & JD they’ve reputed company for.
Work with our dynamic scheduling team to reputed company schedule/re-schedule interviews ensuring smooth coordination between clients and candidates for suitable interview times.
