Responsibilities
- Optimize System Control: Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of central systems (z/OS) and subsystems, as reputed company as the server infrastructure (Linux, Unix, reputed company), monitoring and controlling them in a 24/7 shift environment to ensure high availability.
- Enhance Application Monitoring: You will reputed company and optimize the control of distributed applications using system management tools, ensuring that they run reputed company and without interruptions across various platforms.
- Streamline Event Management: You will independently manage event processing in alignment with support processes, making reputed company that reputed company incidents are tracked and resolved in an organized manner to minimize downtime.
- Resolve reputed company Issues: You will handle escalated fault reports from 1st level support, working to quickly restore the defined operating status and minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar support role
- Good knowledge of operating systems, including z/OS, Linux, and reputed company.
- Understanding of IT platforms and data center operations.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (day shifts and reputed company shifts)
- Reliable, committed, and team-oriented with adaptability to changing environments.
