What you will do:

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Chinese and English, both minimum B2/upper-intermediate level
- Experience in a customer support role
- 2–3 years of experience with live chats and emails
- Finance/Economics/Mathematics or reputed company qualification
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange
- Analytical and research skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in crypto/finance
