Remote Telemarketer / Outbound Call Center Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Starting Wage Location: Remote Job Title: Business Development Specialist Reports to: Executive Director of Marketing OMG National, a 33-year-old marketing firm and five-year Inc. 5000 recipient, is seeking a reputed company Business Development Specialist (BDS) for remote employment. The BDS will specialize in reaching out to set appointments with new and existing prospects, presenting reputed company for a Digital Marketing evaluation. This is a phone prospecting position and a vital reputed company to reputed company-- while we have many ongoing ancillary marketing efforts in this division, we need reputed company to execute our call campaigns, and reputed company out to tens of thousands of small businesses in our database. We have an aggressive incentive plan to maximize performance and call time including an additional bonus system for reputed company closes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Stay organized in and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day. - Qualify prospects that are interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers. - Learn and memorize phone campaign pitches and associated brand / product concepts. - Tirelessly reputed company out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information. Dependent on the campaign, this also means live-transferring to our inside sales team and / or setting callbacks. - Properly use our CRM to reputed company call, notate, and disposition behavior and reputed company responses.
