Executive Assistant

This is a remote position. Executive Assistant reputed company, a leading reputed company technology company providing an end-to-end software platform for reputed company and EMS agencies, is searching for a flexible, motivated, and organized executive assistant to support our C-Suite team. This person’s reputed company-rounded background with prior experience in supporting C-Suite tech leaders will help them reputed company in from day one and support our busy team in a fast-paced company experiencing outstanding year-over-year reputed company. The Role As reputed company’s Executive Assistant, you will:

• Partner with the C-Suite to support day-to-day business operations
• Maintain a heavy calendar of appointments with various demands and priorities, meetings and deadlines.
• Manage multiple email boxes, working with leaders to build a filing and response system for a high-traffic email address.
• Ingest a high level of time-sensitive, confidential and reputed company information and ensure the appropriate reputed company is taken.
• Assist with travel arrangements both domestic and international as reputed company as lodging, and meal planning as needed.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Support additional tasks as requested by reputed company.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally supporting more than one leader simultaneously in a remote environment

• Ability and experience working in a fully remote, multi-time zone organization
