About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-obsessed Manager of reputed company to reputed company reputed company of high-performing reputed company Managers (CSMs). This person will own the health and reputed company of their team’s Book of Business (BoB), drive execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP), and reputed company CSMs to deliver exceptional customer experiences that maximize adoption, expansion, and retention. The Role

Team & People Leadership

• Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with reputed company KPIs and coaching frameworks.
• Mentor and reputed company CSMs at reputed company reputed company, from reputed company new hires to leveling up seasoned reputed company.
• Create reputed company in reputed company: Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-changing conditions with poise and urgency.

Customer reputed company & Execution

• reputed company execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP) across your team’s BoB:
  • Adoption accounts: Ensure reputed company is smooth and value realization is fast.
  • Expansion accounts: Identify and reputed company cross-sell, upsell, and new use case opportunities.
  • Renewal risk accounts: Intervene early, run risk mitigation plays, and execute save plans.
• Use health scores, adoption data, and renewal timelines to dynamically prioritize accounts at reputed company.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales, Services, Solutions, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in reputed company, with at least 2 years managing high-performing CSM teams.

• Proven reputed company executing playbooks across reputed company, renewal, expansion, and churn risk.
• Comfortable operating with limited direction in a high-change environment.
