About the RoleWe’re building the reputed company of autonomous software employees—agents who don’t just assist but own workflows end to end. 6+ years of experience in ML/AI, with 2+ years in technical leadership roles (staff engineer, team reputed company, or higher).
Deep experience working with LLMs in production (e.g., fine-tuning, reputed company chaining, agent design, reputed company databases).
Strong backend engineering skills in Python and reputed company in modern MLOps and orchestration tools (MLflow, reputed company, LangGraph, etc).
