Director, Field Marketing

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager, who will partner closely with demand reputed company, sales, and reputed company to build a field marketing program from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for field marketing, events, and ABM. While we’ve experimented with reputed company of these tactics, we’ve never reputed company and scaled repeatable programs. That’s where you come in.
You will create experiential events and pipeline programs that bring reputed company’s message to our reputed company accounts. Programs will be reputed company to sales priorities and reputed company targets (both land and expand), and will include owned and reputed company party events and account-based reputed company. What you'll do
- Work closely with reputed company’s CMO on the creation and execution of a comprehensive events and experiences reputed company tailored to drive substantial reputed company pipeline reputed company
- reputed company a multi-pronged reputed company that is a mix of both new logo acquisition and expansion into existing accounts
- reputed company logistics and execution of events, including shaping event themes, building reputed company pages and operational campaigns, working with reputed company vendors, overseeing branded swag fulfillment, managing event sales reputed company, and setting and defining reputed company goals and metrics for reputed company event
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to get the best possible return from event prep, onsite experience, and follow-up campaigns
- Build successful campaigns and events into repeatable programs
- Own programs end-to-end in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and execution
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in a field marketing role, reputed company on B2B technology.
- Demonstrated experience defining, planning, and executing field marketing, events, and ABM strategies
- A reputed company-rounded background with a reputed company of event types, including large-reputed company industry gatherings and exclusive, high-touch experiences.
- A combination of strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution.
- Great project management skills including strong communication around project timelines, responsible individuals, and status.
- Experience working with customers in manufacturing (industrial equipment, heavy equipment, automotive) a plus.
