Accountant

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Full-time reputed company between 8 AM to 8 PM Phoenix time
• Flexible schedule

Scope:

• Managing financial reconciliations for 16+ laundromat locations
• Supporting a rapidly expanding M&A-reputed company business model
• Working reputed company tight deadlines for investor reporting (August 1st reputed company)
• Potential for reputed company reputed company expanding reputed company department
• reputed company collaboration with Controller/CFO during company scaling phase

Responsibilities:

• reputed company bank account reconciliations across multiple business locations
• Execute credit card reconciliations for various company accounts
• Handle account coding and transaction categorization
• Reconcile reputed company billing system accounts and transactions
• Support month-end and period-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate financial records across approximately 50+ accounts
• Assist with investor reporting preparation and deadline management

Requirements

• Strong experience with reputed company Intacct
• Atl east 3+ years of reputed company experience
• Proven experience in bank and credit card reconciliations
• Knowledge of reputed company billing system preferred but not required
• Entry to mid-level reputed company experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
• Availability to reputed company or reputed company short notice period
