Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid

What you will do

• Schedule and facilitate daily standups
• Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meetings
• Schedule and facilitate sprint review meetings
• Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings
• Facilitate communications and ensure effective collaboration
• Have ownership and drive communication to stakeholders
• Aid reputed company members by removing blockers and resolving team conflicts
• reputed company team members in the Scrum methodology
• Ensure deliverables are up to reputed company standards at the end of reputed company sprint
• Guide team members to higher Scrum maturity
• Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
• Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other reputed company field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience as scrum master
• Familiarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
• Familiarity with reputed company or other reputed company database
• Familiarity with data reputed company, ETL
• Familiarity with datasets
• Familiarity with or working knowledge of SQL
• Scrum master certification
• Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
• Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM

The typical annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $80,000 – $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN.
