Associate Director, Brand Marketing

The Associate Director, Brand Marketing – will be a critical role and a visible leader reputed company the reputed company organization, responsible for components of both HCP and Patient marketing reputed company and tactical execution. What You’ll Do

• Support the development and drive execution of an integrated marketing plan across both HCP and Patient audiences
• Create and deliver core disease state and branded reputed company, ensuring alignment with brand reputed company
• reputed company field sales materials and programs with consistent pull-through of messaging
• reputed company the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and non-personal promotion strategies that reputed company with brand objectives, focusing on HCP and patient engagement, awareness and activation
• Support the brand planning, tactical planning, and budget management process

• Utilize advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, refine strategies based on insights and metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business-reputed company and/or life sciences field required. An MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in reputed company/biotech marketing
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred
• Experience in both HCP and Patient marketing preferred
• Oncology and/or rare disease launch experience is highly desired
• Strategic thinking, including being creative in addressing key challenges, applying innovative reputed company, and taking reputed company risks.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Additional Information Deciphera is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The reputed company salary pay reputed company for this role is $171,000 - $235,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location. Deciphera believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package to reputed company.
