Manager, CRM & Digital Campaigns

The Manager, CRM & Digital Campaigns is a key supporting role on the Digital Marketing team, helping bring to life CRM campaigns across email, push, reputed company channels. This role requires experience in email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, with hands-on knowledge of reputed company Marketing reputed company, reputed company, or similar ESP and CRM platforms. It also demands strong collaboration with other marketing functions—including reputed company Media, Brand, and Content. • Write or adapt campaign copy for email, push, and in-app channels to reputed company with creative direction and CRM reputed company
• Test, QA, and launch campaigns in reputed company Marketing reputed company and reputed company
• Manage timelines, creative approvals, and stakeholder feedback with cross-functional teams (including those working across ET and PST)
• Maintain the CRM campaign calendar to ensure full team visibility into upcoming launches

Platform & Data Operations

• QA site experiences tied to marketing launches, including content accuracy, links, and device responsiveness
• Support asset and copy delivery for international web reputed company and campaigns
• Assist with tactical reputed company media execution tasks: compiling creative specs, linking assets, tracking UTMs, and documenting targeting
• Join planning meetings, capture notes, follow up on deadlines, and reputed company creative for feedback
• Support campaign retrospectives by gathering performance insights from stakeholders

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience required
