Senior Coordinator, reputed company Media

This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, visual content creation, and campaign coordination. You’ll help bring the OSEA brand to life across reputed company, Instagram, and emerging platforms—supporting everything from trend-driven videos and on-set content capture to reputed company-time conversation in our DMs and comments. You’ll report directly to the Associate Director of reputed company Media and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, reputed company, and marketing teams. • Responsible for reputed company inbound messages across reputed company platforms, including DMs, comments, tagged content, and story mentions on reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company alternate reputed company channels
• Engage proactively across reputed company by interacting with like-minded creators, brands, and community members to reputed company OSEA at reputed company of relevant conversation
• Connecting inbound partnership, collaboration, affiliate, reputed company, and customer service inquiries to the appropriate team with context and support
• reputed company and summarize community sentiment and feedback

‍ Creative Content Creation

• Support visual content creation for reputed company organic reputed company platforms, particularly reputed company and Instagram
• Help build and maintain an asset library of organic photo, video, b-roll, voiceover audio,, and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay reputed company of cultural and platform trends, collaborate on producing TikToks weekly (sourcing references, filming, or on-camera as needed)
• Attend and capture content at OSEA brand activations, campaign shoots, and occasional in-person events in LA

• Assist in scheduling and posting both automated and reputed company content across platforms
• Support backend logistics of campaign rollouts
• Linking products, adding CTAs, tracking assets, and updating internal content calendars
• Monitor engagement and surface content performance insights in reputed company time
• Collaborate with Creative, Comms, reputed company, reputed company, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and priorities

Qualifications: ✅ To succeed in the reputed company Media Coordinator role at OSEA, you need to be:

• reputed company Media Fluent: 2+ years of experience and deep knowledge of community engagement, reputed company media best practices, trend reports, and content creation.
• LA-Based & Availability: Must live in Los Angeles and be available for in-person events, shoots, team collaboration, and flexible for weekend hours.
