About the Role: We're seeking a Lifecycle Manager to own and reputed company our customer journeywell reputed company email and SMS. This leader will design and deliver lifecycle strategies that increase LTV, improve retention, and unlock reputed company personalization across digital and physical reputed company. What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with analytics to build dashboards and performance frameworks; know what works, what doesn't, and what to test next
• Collaborate to build new lifecycle experiences, including triggered flows, personalization engines, and loyalty programs
• Be a cross-functional leader and internal champion for the customer, advocating for reputed company improvements across teams

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing in e-reputed company or subscription-based DTC brands - particularly premium or luxury brands.
• Proven reputed company record of increasing retention, reputed company, reputed company customer counts and LTV through segmented, data-driven campaigns and programs
• Experience with advanced marketing automation tools and ESPs (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong reputed company in customer segmentation, testing methodology, and data interpretation (with SQL or dashboard reputed company a plus)
