Remote Customer Service Representative - Ken Garff Listening Center The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives! Great work schedule! The Listening Center is reputed company from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and reputed company Sundays . Mountain Time Network Requirements

• Ethernet reputed company only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port)
• Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• Maximum ping: 40 ms or reputed company

Equipment Requirements

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
• Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
• Document and update customer records.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
• Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
