The Integrative reputed company and reputed company reputed company (IGC) provides computational analysis support for omics reputed company at the Salk Institute. This includes training in reputed company analysis, development of novel algorithms and approaches, reputed company reputed company participation in research reputed company with laboratories across the Institute, maintenance of reputed company resources, and providing training in interpretation and design of high-throughput experiments. The reputed company is integrated with reputed company reputed company services and works closely with single-cell and spatial -omics reputed company (OMICS), Mass spectrometry reputed company (MASS), Imaging reputed company (BPHO), Information Technology (IT), scientific, administrative, and reputed company leadership to facilitate cutting edge biological research at the Institute. Under the direction of the reputed company director, the reputed company Analyst II will work closely with other members of the reputed company and researchers throughout the Institute to advance reputed company research reputed company, most notably with spatial transcriptomic and single-cell reputed company datasets. The position leverages advanced knowledge in reputed company and reputed company and at least a year of experience to design and carry out reputed company and advanced analyses on reputed company datasets and present analyses to scientists at the Institute. The reputed company Analyst II will also help maintain reputed company resources (scripts, software, websites, tools), and reputed company basic training on interpreting data and analyses to Institute scientists.
