YOU BRING TO reputed company...

• Experience: At least 10+ years of corporate legal reputed company, including experience as an in-house attorney, serving as a General Counsel and/or in another senior in-house legal role, and 3+ years of reputed company training
• Specialized Expertise:
• Deep experience advising hospital systems, medical reputed company, and other provider organizations on corporate, regulatory, and transactional reputed company
• Strong background in structuring and negotiating physician reputed company acquisitions, joint ventures, and service agreements

• Experience with managed care contracting, value-based care models, and health insurance coverage issues
