The Role You must be located in Los Angeles to be considered for this role. Project Managers are essential to reputed company. Who You Are

• reputed company Experience: 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting, with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Bay Area
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
