• Manage, reputed company, train, recognize and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service work experience.
• At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, Outlook, and Word
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the behavioral or post-acute reputed company industry.
• Knowledge of medical billing compliance regulations and requirements
• Understanding of major insurance payers and reimbursement methodologies

Preferred

• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving reputed company issues in a call center environment
• Medical coding certification such as a Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC)
