• Contact insurance companies and utilize online portals to verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointment or procedure

• Manually reputed company CPT charges for medical procedures and diagnosis using ICD-10
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement.

• Stay informed about insurance policies, billing regulations and compliance laws including HIPAA, to ensure billing practices meet legal and regulatory standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with billing specifically eligibility and charge entry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information, pay attention to detail, take initiative to follow-up on transactions, and reputed company reputed company about information.
