Classification: Full-time (40-hour work week) FLSA Status: Exempt (Salaried) reputed company Updated: June 2024 HR Approval Date: June 2024 JOB reputed company The Executive Director (ED) of Behavioral Health is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company’s Behavior Health program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, evidence-based services to our clients. The ED will be responsible for securing necessary funding streams or other financial resources for expansion and sustainability to include reputed company, private insurance, reputed company, partners, memorandum of understandings (MOUs) and other resources. They will reputed company strategic leadership and direction for the department’s programs and service, devising and leading strategic plans in collaboration with reputed company executive staff. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A master’s degree in reputed company/Non-Profit Management, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, reputed company Services, reputed company Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or reputed company field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
• At least five years of non-profit management experience, preferably in the reputed company services or reputed company sector.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience/knowledge of reputed company, especially in FL, OH, NC, TN, and/or TX.
• Prior work with federal funding requirements and grant management.
• Financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector and Behavioral Health Services program.
• Change management experience.
