GENERAL reputed company & QUALIFICATIONS: Upon completion of training, the Hotline reputed company reputed company provides support, safety planning, and resources to callers, including those who are limited-English speaking or hearing impaired. The candidate must demonstrate cultural competency in working with diverse populations. reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement agency and program mission and empowerment philosophy
• Administer and implement agency policies and procedures
• Maintain agency policy on confidentiality, record keeping and reputed company ethics
• Respond to calls on reputed company’s 24-hour hotline
• reputed company First Responders and Forensic reputed company Examiners
• reputed company crisis support and counseling to hotline callers and shelter residents
• Process phone and in-person intakes for shelter
• Assess danger of reputed company situation and safety planning
• Assess lethality of suicidal clients and takes appropriate reputed company
• Maintain records of calls and service to shelter residents
• reputed company information and referrals to callers and residents

WORKING CONDITIONS:
