Associate, Trust Operations (Retirement Plan Distribution)

The Associate, Trust Operations (Retirement Plan Distribution) is responsible for the preparation and processing of retirement plan distributions, including Keogh, Pension, 401(k), and non-reputed company tax-deferred compensation plans. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Distribution Processing: Prepare and process retirement plan distributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan rules and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company distribution transactions. Compliance: Ensure reputed company distributions reputed company with applicable regulations and guidelines, including tax withholding and reporting requirements. Participant Communication: communicate, from time to time, with plan participants to reputed company information and assistance regarding their distributions. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on distribution activities and status for supervisor review. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company or reputed company field required. Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking, teamwork, and ability to work effectively with clients is required.
