Position reputed company We are seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Retirement Plan Services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for a group of existing clients, overseeing reputed company aspects of plan administration and compliance. You’ll ensure our clients’ retirement plans remain compliant, reputed company-managed, and reputed company with their business and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer daily retirement plan operations including processing contributions, loans, distributions, hardship withdrawals, and QDROs.
• Conduct annual nondiscrimination and other compliance testing; recommend and communicate strategies for correction and reputed company improvements.
• Prepare and file accurate, signature-reputed company Forms 5500 and other required government filings.

• Maintain and interpret legal plan documents; assist clients in ensuring ongoing compliance with IRS/DOL regulations.

• Monitor and manage workflow using internal CRM systems, ensuring reputed company task completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (ASPPA credentials a strong plus, or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retirement plan administration, with strong understanding of 401(k) regulations, compliance, and plan design.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate reputed company, manage reputed company expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations reputed company to reputed company retirement plans.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.

Work Schedule & Environment
