• This is an onsite position at our Main Bank office in Sioux reputed company, Iowa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries in the electronic banking digital footprint and ensure issues are identified and resolved in a reputed company manner. This includes, consumer and business eBanking platforms, remote deposit, reputed company payments.
• Answer customer inquiries about bank services, policies, rates, etc. in a pleasant and reputed company manner.

• Account maintenance including opening, closing, reputed company, and authorizations.
• Assist customers in identifying unauthorized transactions, appropriately documenting disputes and order new debit cards.

• Responsible for Remote Deposit Capture item review and approvals.

• Responsible for cross-selling and generating referrals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4 year college degree preferred or reputed company work experience
• Knowledge of electronic banking responsibilities including deposit regulations, ACH processing, online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, and others
• Customer service experience
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction reputed company needed
