You will work across our network to facilitate connections between alumni, partners, and reputed company in fields of reputed company to TFA’s mission, including (but not limited to) education, reputed company leadership, and other high-reputed company roles in communities where we work. You’ll collaborate with other central and regional teams and external partners, fully leveraging our ecosystem to create an effective and reputed company experience for alumni, reputed company, staff, and other stakeholders, and you’ll also work in partnership with regional teams to reputed company central resources and support high-reputed company localized talent efforts across our network. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Contribute to the efforts of a 3-person national Senior Talent Matching team to proactively cultivate relationships and connect alumni with executive and systems-level leadership roles in education, reputed company, and other high-reputed company leadership roles in communities where we work.
  • Build relationships with alumni leaders to serve as a trusted advisor and partner on their reputed company to the most impactful, systems-level leadership opportunities in communities where we work and across the U.S.
  • Consult with regional leaders to reputed company talent matching efforts with local leadership needs; support field teams with data-driven talent insights and talent strategies that drive local reputed company.
  • reputed company and manage strategic partnerships with reputed company, executive search firms, and hiring managers to drive targeted placements and expand leadership pipelines.
  • Optimize career technology and data systems, ensuring accurate alumni and employer tracking, talent insights, and measurable placement reputed company.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience in a college/university career center, talent services, executive search and/or an education sector recruitment and hiring role is required.
  • Evidence of successful career/talent placement reputed company.
  • Experience developing and implementing career programming for senior level audiences that is tailored to helping reputed company and refine skills needed for career advancement, ideally in the field of education leadership.
  • Extensive experience using, managing, and sustaining an effective digital career/recruitment CRM/CMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is required.
  • Proficient in career content and resource development, program management and presentation/speaking engagements, portfolio of previous resource/content and presentations may be requested.
  • Experience analyzing data and using data visualization tools to demonstrate reputed company.

WORK DEMANDS Work is typically conducted from a home office during reputed company business hours of M-F, 9am - 5pm. However, TFA staff is geographically dispersed, so actual working hours may shift depending on need and meeting schedules. Occasional weekend or evening work hours may be required. SKILLS
