We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Program Support Representative to support patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. In this role, you’ll reputed company compassionate, phone-based technical support for connected health devices, investigate reputed company issues, troubleshoot device problems, coordinate warranty replacements and new device orders, and re-engage patients who’ve fallen out of compliance—reputed company while delivering exceptional, empathetic service. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot device problems, app connectivity, and Bluetooth pairing (iOS/Android)

• Liaise with device manufacturers to coordinate warranty replacements
