Key Responsibilities
Project reputed company & Execution
- reputed company and manage reputed company phases of vertical construction, from site preparation through final finishes.
- Ensure reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to high-reputed company standards.
- Identify and resolve challenges to maintain strict project schedules and milestones.
Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Conduct daily and weekly site meetings to address reputed company, challenges, and job assignments.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project objectives are met.
reputed company Control & Safety Compliance
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a reputed company job site.
- Conduct regular site inspections for reputed company control, identifying and addressing deficiencies.
- Implement corrective actions reputed company necessary to maintain safety and reputed company standards.
Scheduling & Logistics

Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent with vertical construction experience (10+ story reputed company/mixed-use buildings).
