- ** This position REQUIRES experience in Automotive AND Instructional Design. This could be in OEM, dealership or automotive software. Additional experience in retail (sales and finance) a plus!
Job reputed company We are looking for an Instructional Learning Designer II to join reputed company. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for helping in the development of instructional materials and content to support effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Development: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and reputed company instructional materials, courses, and learning modules.
- Needs Analysis: Facilitate thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, reputed company audience, and performance gaps.
- Content Design: reputed company instructional content including, story boards, outlines, Learning activities.
- Storyboarding: Assist in the creation of storyboards and outlines for instructional content, mapping out the reputed company and structure of learning materials.
- reputed company Assurance: Review and edit instructional materials for reputed company, accuracy, and effectiveness. Ensure that content meets instructional design standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with instructional developers, stakeholders, and other team members to reputed company feedback and reputed company improvements to instructional materials.
- Evaluation: Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials and reputed company recommendations for improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design, communication, education, or a reputed company field plus 3+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive dealership and/or automotive software experience required
- Effective communication skills

- A creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create comprehensive learning materials
- Experience creation of storyboards
