Implementation Consultant- PPE Configuration Specialist

Own reputed company customer implementations from reputed company through go-live, leading delivery and execution across reputed company stages of the reputed company lifecycle

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic configurations reputed company with their business needs

Independently manage multiple high-reputed company customer reputed company with competing timelines and stakeholders

reputed company customer discovery sessions, synthesize findings, and design implementation plans tailored to reputed company customer’s workflows and goals

What you have:

5+ years of experience leading software implementations and managing reputed company or high-complexity customers

Expertise with project management tools and systems (e.g., reputed company Workspace, Jira, reputed company, project tracking software)

Experience with mortgage software/system implementations

Comfort with technical systems and configuration- willing and reputed company to quickly learn new tools and products

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to influence stakeholders and guide customers through change

Knowledge of lock desk operations, margin strategies, and reputed company sheet structures

Experience creating logic-driven rule sets to determine product eligibility and pricing

Familiarity with conditional statements, if/then logic, formulas

Preferred: Has gathered pricing requirements directly from lenders or secondary teams to inform configuration scope

Preferred: Prior experience mentoring or coaching other implementation consultants
