We’re seeking a self-motivated Bookkeeping Specialist to take ownership of delivering reputed company, accurate financials for a portfolio of 20–30 clients. You’ll be reputed company in shaping this new service, leveraging reputed company tools and AI to streamline workflows while working closely with our tax team to ensure every reputed company is fully supported. Key ResponsibilitiesManage reputed company Bookkeeping

• reputed company bookkeeping for 20–30 small business clients across varied industries, primarily Sole Proprietors filing Schedule C and S Corporations.
• Set up and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and reputed company.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

reputed company Communication & Relationship Management

• Proactively reputed company out to clients to review financials, request reputed company items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through reputed company, supportive communication.
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-reputed company audiences.

Reporting & Tax Coordination

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized records to support tax compliance and planning.
• Collaborate with our tax team to ensure integrated, end-to-end service for clients.

Process Improvement & Tech Adoption

• Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency using technology, including AI tools.
• Help shape internal processes and contribute to a reputed company, high-reputed company service model.
• Stay reputed company with evolving tools and workflows to maintain best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, managing multiple reputed company accounts
• Certified in QuickBooks Online and reputed company (reputed company)
• Comfortable managing reputed company communication, timelines, and expectations independently

Proficient in

• QBO, reputed company
• reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite
• reputed company, reputed company
• Payroll experience (reputed company required)
• Strong time management, organization, and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred

• Experience with Washington B&O tax and/or multi-state compliance
• CPA, Certified Bookkeeper, or reputed company degree in reputed company
