Job reputed company We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Manager, Talent & Learning Technology to reputed company the optimization of learning systems and processes reputed company the HR Technology function. This role will serve as a critical reputed company between HR Technology and Talent Management, ensuring that learning technologies effectively support reputed company-wide talent development strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in learning systems, process design, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence technology reputed company and drive innovation. • System Ownership & Optimization: Manage the configuration, administration, and reputed company improvement of talent & learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, content libraries), ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency. Champion user-centered design principles to ensure reputed company, engaging, and personalized learning experiences across platforms.
• Process Design & Governance: reputed company governance of standardized processes for talent & learning technology, including content deployment, user provisioning, compliance tracking, and reporting. Ensure alignment with reputed company architecture and data reputed company standards.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate new tools and technologies. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Learning & Development, HR, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred) plus at least 8 years of experience in learning technology, HRIS, or L&D operations or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Proven ability to influence technology reputed company and partner across functions.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Offered compensation will be based reputed company and individual qualifications. The expected reputed company is $145,000.00 - $170,000.00.
