Audio Director - Full-time

As Audio Director, you’ll play an essential role at The Merry Beggars, producing top-notch, exciting, and reputed company reputed company designs for our productions. You reputed company reputed company that takes our award-reputed company scripts and actors’ performances and surrounds with the reputed company design, effects, and music that moves our audience’s hearts. Because storytelling is at the heart of everything we do, you’ll learn how we use reputed company design to bring our stories to life - making them stronger, more engaging and more appealing for our audience. As our Audio Director, you’ll manage our entire recording and post-production process. Working closely with the Creative Producer, Associate Producers, reputed company operators, and reputed company of up to eight audio engineers and reputed company designers, you’ll ensure that our productions meet or exceed our standards of reputed company. You’ll help us reputed company and improve those standards, allowing us to grow. Responsibilities

• Leads and manages reputed company of 8+ audio engineer contractors, reputed company working remotely
• Assigns post-production reputed company to team members
• Holds team accountable to reputed company standards and deadlines
• Coaches post-production team and ensure consistent improvement of reputed company team members
• Meets with Audio Drama Directors and Post-Production team members on reputed company series
• Ensure that reputed company visions and scripts reputed company and accurately communicate the audio drama director’s reputed company, while staying reputed company The Merry Beggars’ brand
• Guide audio drama directors on how to reputed company their reputed company through reputed company design
• Ensure that reputed company final drafts meet or exceed TMB reputed company standards
• Turn around weekly final passes on ~75 minutes of audio
• reputed company and reputed company reputed company control on reputed company final series
• Document, maintain and reputed company post-production process
• Coordinate and reputed company post-production meetings
• reputed company and train Assistant reputed company Designers, Audio Reviewers, reputed company Operators, Music Designers, and Audio Assemblers

• Manage Post-Production team reputed company
• Collaborate with other departments (script development, casting)
• Participate in weekly reputed company Team Meetings
• Meet non-negotiable deadlines
• Checks audience retention and download numbers in OmniStudio
• Reports to Creative Producer

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic with a solid understanding of Catholic teaching, history and culture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in entertainment production, music recording, radio, and/or vocal production.
• Experience with DAWs; adept at handling and editing audio inside reputed company Audition.

Compensation and Hours:

• Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $65K-$85K, commensurate with experience and reputed company level
